Information you provide. When you create a guest profile, send an inquiry, join our email list, or use concierge messaging, we receive the contact details, destination interests, messages, and consent choices you submit.

Optional guest activity. When a signed-in guest enables personalized recommendations and also allows personalization analytics on a device, we may record Luna Homes pages or sections viewed and concierge interests selected. We do not use this activity for cross-site advertising.

Information handled automatically. Our hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Privacy preferences. The privacy widget stores your necessary, analytics, and marketing choices in your browser’s local storage, together with the date of your choice and whether a Global Privacy Control signal was detected.

2. How we use information

• Answer inquiries and provide requested hospitality, reservation, and concierge services.
• Send promotions, destination inspiration, and new-property news when you expressly opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Personalize Luna Homes recommendations when both account-level and device-level permission are enabled.
• Deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website and guest profile.
• Comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, and honor privacy choices and Global Privacy Control signals.

3. Cookies, local storage, and tracking

Luna Homes uses local storage to remember privacy choices and maintain secure guest sessions. Optional first-party guest activity is off by default and operates only for signed-in guests who enable personalized recommendations and allow personalization analytics on that device. We do not load advertising or cross-site trackers.

4. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. The “Opt out of non-essential” control records your choice immediately on this browser. We also honor a supported browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping analytics and marketing off.

5. Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and processes inquiry and email-list submissions. Supabase provides guest authentication, profile storage, consent records, concierge messaging, and real-time updates. Service providers may handle information only as needed to provide, secure, and support their services, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

6. Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers our activities, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You may use the privacy widget at any time for browser-level choices or contact us for a data request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
